Full fees must be received by the College in advance of enrolment for programmes of no more than one month duration. Study programmes commence on any Monday, or the next available day following a public holiday.

Payment terms

Full fees must be received by bank transfer to the College account at least 8 weeks (56 days) before commencement of the study programme. Payment must be received in Pounds Sterling (£). All bank charges, wherever incurred, are met by the student.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A Refund of full payment with deductions for registration fee, accommodation arrangement fee, and any other sundry expenses incurred is payable when:

  • A visa application has been rejected, an appeal has been made and the two letters of rejection are presented to the College;

Students registered for programmes of more than one term in duration must give a term’s notice in writing in advance if they do not wish to complete their programme of study and pay one term's fees.

A Refund of 50% minus the deductions stated above is payable when 30 days' cancellation notice is received before the course begins.
